How do I get invited and can more than one person in my household use the app? Definitely, just ask your property manager to invite you and or others in the household to use the app through a link sent directly to you. The Tenant App is available on Android and iOS devices.
What can I do in the Tenant App? The New Vision Real Estate Tenant App is built to help you, manage your home in a single location. You can access your lease information such as start and end dates, the rent amount you have paid to date and much more. You can even schedule your rent payments from the app and any invoices due.
Am I able to lodge maintenance requests? You sure can! We make this super simple where you can open your app, lodge a maintenance request to your property manager by uploading photos and a description of the problem. You have a job status timeline to show you updates as soon as the request is seen and actioned. This makes communication with your agency easy, with minimal effort and removing to-and-fro calls or emails.
